Linda Steinhardt, RD

Linda is a sports dietitian who has worked with adolescents, elite college athletes, and active adults. She believes helping athletes and active individuals learn sports nutrition principles alongside an anti-diet approach helps people feel more confident in their food choices. Her goal is to help people fuel adequately, consistently, and with a variety of foods that supports their goals inside and outside of training. As a former D1 volleyball player turned triathlete, she values the role nutrition plays in keeping people fueled and nourished.
